Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1893-2021
Notice was hereby given that it is the intention of the Registrar to proceed on 17th November 2025 to cancel the registry of the Societies listed below, unless cause be shown to the contrary in the meantime.
The ground of such proposed cancelling is that the Societies have wilfully and after notice from the Registrar, violated the provisions of the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1893 to 2021 in having failed to send the Registrar the annual returns of the said Society.

Please note: The RFS is in the process of cancelling the registration of a number of Industrial and Provident Societies due to their failure to file annual returns. Unless all returns are submitted together with statutory audited accounts, in order and in accordance with the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1893-2021 the societies will be cancelled on 17th November 2025.
